    Reviews written by customers are an important factor in building trust to your business. Positive opinions often have significant influence, regarding making purchases or using services. Based on recommendations, potential customer is able to make consumer decisions. People are looking for informations in different sources, also in social media, therefore should contain a specific amount of reviews. 

     

    Reviews about your brand are the key to acquiring new customers

     

    You need to let potential clients know you better. Take care of your reputation and share with customers recommendations about your business. Showing positive opinions is also a good way when you face a crisis in your company. Have you noticed a decrease in profits? Present to your followers how many users enjoy your product or services. Moreover, every feedback is valuable for the company. Reviews show how to improve what needs to be improved and also it is some kind of hint in which direction a company should go to adequately respond for customer’s needs. 

     

     

    How to respond to negative comments in social media?

     

    Responding for comments is the part of consumer support, so don’t disregard your clients and followers. Negative opinions are inevitable, so keep calm and try to take the situation under control. Don’t delete negative comments, unless they violate the regulations of a given social media. What if the fault is on your side? Apologize accordingly for the situation and propose some solution, which satisfied the malcontent client. Remember, that arguing in comments under the post is the worst idea ever. Try to look at every situation in an individual way and react as fast as possible. If, despite your attempts to alleviate the situation, the client is still upset, redirect the conversation to private messages. By professional reaction it is quite possible that clients return to your services one more time. 

     

    Fanpage on Facebook or account on Instagram? Where to expose reviews of satisfied customers? 

     

    You already know how to react to negative opinions in social media. Going further, now is the time to discuss how and where reviews should be presented. If you have a fanpage, you can ask clients to share their experience related to your company over there. Instagram doesn’t have a special place for opinions, but it is really common to share customers' feedback on stories or in posts. The client is satisfied about your product and services, so you received positive feedback under one of your posts or in a business profile in Google Maps? Use it on the different social media platforms. Did you receive a positive opinion about customer service? Ask, if you can share this review in social media or on your website. There are many ways to show opinions. Perfect idea is to create an image that is consistent with your visual identity
